QUESTION
What are Interrogatories?
ANSWER
Interrogatories are a set of questions, which are usually submitted by the opposing party to be answered by you and then verified by you signing what is known as a "verification page" in the presence of a notary public. This verification page attests to the fact that you believe that all of the answers to the Interrogatories or questions are true and accurate.
If Interrogatories are submitted to you and you need assistance in responding to them, you should contact the office of your defense counsel so that arrangements can be made for a personal meeting to review those Interrogatories and the proposed answers.
